Stephanie Maloney represents both businesses and individuals in a diverse practice incorporating all facets of civil litigation including personal injury, tort, employment, business and contract disputes, consumer protection, and construction law. Stephanie has extensive experience in all aspects of litigation, mediation, and arbitration and frequently appears on behalf of her clients in both state and federal courts as well as state agencies throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New York.
